CU Live was established in November 2007 to provide professional, innovative and cost-effective off site monitoring solutions to our clients. Fundamental to the success of CU Live is that we have established the ability to correctly translate information captured on the monitoring systems to our clients.
CU Live’s most valued assets are our intellectual capital and human resources. We have employed individuals who have both retail experience and who have the necessary expertise to conduct risk management within the retail environment. Our CCTV operators in the camera monitoring centre are fully trained and experienced surveillance operators.
Compared to other role-players in the off site monitoring arena, CU Live has a considerable technological advantage, in that the use of terrestrial cabling systems is obviated.

We understand both the disease and its symptoms. The major emphasis of our business focuses on shrinkages experienced in the private and corporate retail environment. Theft often occurs when an individual experiences pressure to commit theft and weak controls (or oversight) provide an opportunity to commit theft.
We currently have 52 full-time employees.
Our employees are carefully chosen based on their level of experience, professionalism, mannerisms, aptitude and Psira skills and grading.. We strive to find the right fit the first time so our clients can be assured of continuity of security personnel. While our turnover rate is among the lowest in the industry, in the event of an absence or emergency, we maintain a team of highly trained officers on stand-by, and our responsive management will do whatever is needed to see to it that our clients' security needs are continuously met or exceeded.
All of our officers undergo complete and thorough background checks, including criminal record, fingerprinting and drug testing. They are professionally trained.
When necessary, we employ the services of polygraph experts, voice stress analysis and or handwriting analysis to assist with investigations.
